It's so refreshing to find a vet that isn't always overwhelmed by too many pets. They are able to spend as much time with you as you need and are never rushed off to see another pet. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation.The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on my pet.

When my pet stayed here for observation I was promised by the staff and the veterinarian that I would be called at a certain time I never heard a peep and I was scared that something was going to go wrong. When I finally called them, I was told that everything was OK, why did I call to bother them? From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.
There is a definite problem with scheduling here--There have been quite a few times where I've had to wait 20+ minutes in the cramped, often over crowded waiting room. Rather than asking you to reschedule (this is apparently a BIG no-no) , or even calling you to ask you to come a little later, these folks would have YOU waste your time sitting around waiting on THEM. When I learned to call ahead before leaving the house, I was scolded for being 'difficult,' because of course they were on schedule. When I got there, they were NOT.
