The staff were fiendly and welcoming without being pushy or insincere. My anxieties about Mellow 'D' s health were acknowleged which made me less anxious. My cat had a bad reaction to the shots and that was quickly attended to at no charge. They are soooo reasonably priced and soooo straight with you that there is no reason not to come back.
