I've been fortunate enough that I always find a good veterinarian for my cats wherever I live. I know what I'm looking for and establish great rapport with the vet(s) at the outset because of my own background with working at the MSU Vet Clinic and being in healthcare. However, I also know what I don't want and do not hesitate to go elsewhere if necessary. I chose this place partially for location (downtown CG) and curb appeal (the other vet in town has a chain link fence around their place - maybe for large animal work...). I've seen a couple of the vets and hit it off well and the cats were untraumatized.
