I would give a negative 10 stars don't take your DEAD dog to these people. I have used them for years now they have some new "vet" I took my cat in for seizures he said his bladder was about to explode so they were to put a catheter in him and an iv flush and watch him overnight I had to go out of town the next day I wanted to bring him home in the morning they insisted on keeping him to "observe" him all day. I called to check on him they said he chewed his catheter out and he peed all over the cage so he must be feeling better. The vet said he could not pee on his own that was the reason for all this crap but yet as soon as they knocked him out to put the cath in he peed all over. Sounded fishy to me. They went ahead with the cath but not the iv they never called me. So I go at 4 in the afternoon to pick him up they tried to give me the wrong cat didn't know were my cat was. Finally they found him. Were the hell was he that place is not that big? I take him home. Go out of town for 2 days my dad called me said my cat was in the litter box for half an hour and couldn't pee but his eyes looked better. His 3rd eye lid was coming up alot the days before. I called the vet he said that was normal. Next day my dad called said there was drips of blood and urine everywhere called the vet he said that was normal. 3 rd day I get him my cat is squatting every were. I picked him up and felt something looked, there was a perfectly intacted cathater. It's Sunday call the emergency line vet calls back acts like I really put him out tells me it's a little leftover from what he chewed just pull it straight out. He will be fine. Fine My ass! It took two people an hour to get it out. It had butterfly tape attached to his fur. The idiot's didn't even bother to shave him. He was so tender and we had to cut around a very sore very vital area. Then there were 2 stitches left in him. We finally got it out fully intact no signs of every being chewed. He still could not pee. The next day I took him to another vet he had a raging uti and had to get shots, the stitches removed, and remaining tape removed. It was awful. It's almost 2 weeks later he cries all the time he won't play and he wonders the house aimlessly. This was a wonderful playful cat before these monsters. I won't ever go back. They never even looked at him again after they stuck him in that cage. I wish I could do to them what they did to my poor kitty. It's inhumane he should lose his license.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I have asked on numerous occasions what was causing my dogs itching and hot spots all I am ever told is allergies she was given a showy and sent home, I have had to put a cone on her head to keep her from chewing til she bleeds. Now she just lays around and cries.
