Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They have the greatest designated area for pets to go to the bathroom here, which is extremely convenient. I never have to worry about scouting out a place for my dog to go pee and It is so well kept too. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.

I felt that they really valued my pet's health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on my pet. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Their primary concern is my pet's safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Unlike other veterinarians I've been too, I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets and be "too busy" to see my pet. They are extremely organized and make sure the vet has plenty of time to see each patient for as long as necessary. This hospital has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with so much helpful information. They also have a great reputation in our community. The exam rooms at Woodside were immaculate. You could practically eat of the floor if you wanted to. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile. I even asked what they cleaned with so I could get some to use at my house!
