They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The office was easy enough to find. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. The examining rooms at their office were pretty clean, but I felt like they could have been cleaner. There was a hint of some smell I couldn't detect, but I didn't like it.

I will NEVER bring my pet there again. First of all, walking in there was a strong smell of urine. The waiting area, and reception area and exam room were all quite cluttered, old and unkempt much like the vet Myles Greenberg.
My cat was misdiagnosed and would have died had I not taken him to an emergency hopital early the next morning. I can't say enough to ward unsuspecting pet owners away from this horrible place.
