HORRIBLE. The girl who answers the phone is rude and uncaring. We had found a lost dog and contacted every vet office in Columbia County is hopes that someone might recognize her. Every Vets office provided me with an email address so i could email them the photos and info and all offered for me to bring the dog to them to see if she has a micro chip. That is ALL VETS BUT KINDERHOOK ANIMAL HOPSITAL. I was told that they do not have an e-mail address ( yes it is 2017) and that there was NO WAY she or anybody there was ever going to give me their personal email or phone. Gee, I only wanted to send them a photo of a dog. Talk about a vets office that does not care--- I would stay FAR AWAY from them. I had another horrible incident with them about 15 years ago with my cat and stoped going there because of it. My cat would have died had i not gotten her to a vet that night but they kept telling me she should be OK and to wait till the morning ( Mind you this was at 7 pm in the nifght - so not that late) refused to let me bring cat to them.. Found better vet who told me to bring her in - spent hours in surgery - with no promise she would live and got a call at 5am to let us know she made it thru the surgery---- That is what a vets office does.

I took my puppy here for his shots and I got nothing but very pleasant people in his office. Dr. Southard is not here to rip you off, if he knows of a place where you can get medications for less he will tell you.
I defiantly would recommend him and his staff to other.

Absolutely, my pet always get so much attentiion
