NIGHTMARE!! Horrible experience. Took my beautiful Golden Retriever for a groom & trim. They called to tell me they mixed up the instructions and SHAVED her to the skin, whole body & half of tail! When I went to pick her up, they gave me the WRONG dog! Thank God the other dog wasn't scheduled for surgery!! I had to go in the back to point out my now naked dog. The vet nor the owner, Susan Creager ever came out to apologize. My husband waited hour & half just to talk to vet, he never would come out. They don't even know what animal they're working on. They should have their license revoked. My poor dog won't be able to be out in the sun until she grows some protection, she's just tramatized now. Don't know what they did to her.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals.
