Have used them for 11 years. They are a little expensive, but they take very good care of my dog. They seem caring, and have always had my dog ready when promised. I also like the onsite groomer.
Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern.
