When I called to check prices of a routine pet exam, I was immediately put on hold. After waiting about three minutes, a woman answered the phone and asked how I could be assisted. I explained to her what was going on with my cat and asked how much the exam would be. Most vet clinics I called, listened to my story (my cat was having trouble opening her eye and it was discharging green mucus looking stuff, also the layer under her lid looked red and irritated) and quoted me prices for the exam, told me how much it would be if the doctor had to stain her eye to see if it had been cut, and what an average price of medication would run me. The woman at this clinic was very short and unhelpful. She told me the cost of the exam would be $61 ( an average of $10 more what I would be paying at the six other clinics I called) and that she couldn't tell me how much staining my baby's eye would be or what I would be charged if she needed treatment. I understand you can't give me an exact quote, but if you're not going to give me as much information as the other clinics, you could at least be friendly. I will never schedule an appointment for my animals here based on my experience of how they handle simple phone calls.
The kennels and holding area for pets were so clean and spotless, I would recommend them for sure if you need to leave your pet for a few days. They are extremely reliable. There is no fear of your pet going hungry or thirsty here because food and water are always made available for them. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They were absolutely amazing.
