I've gone to this vet for many years and am very pleased with them. They are always very pleasant and caring. Internet research is welcomed with explanations and answers for any questions. They explain all treatment plans and make sure you understand what is going on. Alternative medicine such as acupuncture is available as well. They are on the lookout for long term health for your pets and you are well remembered when you return. The staff as well as both vets are always welcoming and attentive to your pets (I've taken both dogs and chinchillas to this vet.

I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
