Dr. Shorthall's office is clean, the people are friendly and I have never had to wait to have my dog seen. Their prices are quite reasonable and they stand behind their work.

I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I do plan on recommending this animal hospital to my friends and family. I was really pleased with their work and how they treated my pets.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
