Whenever I leave my pet overnight care here and am promised a follow-up call at a certain time and I never get one. They always call hours after they say they will and leave me waiting thinking that the worst has happened. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.
