After a long history with this organization a change in personnel has earned a much lower rating than I would have ordinarily assigned. The office folks were always challenged with a large amount of work. Now you can't expect return phone calls in a timely manner, including blood results. After notifying the doctor we have been told we are not welcomed back. I can assure you based on the doctor's response to my professional notification that there are service issues there I am happy not to return.

My foster puppy went into this clinic petrified, shaking like a leaf. Within minutes he was taken away to be weighed by a Tech, and he came back with his tail wagging! Very kind, comforting professionals at this practice. Very proactive wellness approach from Dr. Kovacs - very impressed.
