The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They were a very kind and caring staff. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were also very knowledgeable about the concerns I had. They often have specials going on. Whether its package deals, or a percent-off certain services and or products, you can often get some sort of discount. They were so kind and attentive to me and my animals. Their office was quiet and peaceful. My pets were able to relax very easily.
