They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
