I use BAMC regularly for my two dogs. I have NEVER had the issues that the prior "reviewer" has claimed to experience.
Reading the prior (1 * Review), it would appear that the reviewer did not pay their bill and was upset when the office manager called for payment. They ARE very good about working with you payment wise. Well, as long as you keep your end of the bargain and actually pay your bill. It is the office managers JOB to collect on delinquent payments. Odd how some people do not understand this concept.
Roundtree is an amazing Vet. In my opinion, he is more knowledgeable than most other vets in the Pocatello/Chubbuck area. The staff is amazing.
I have taken my dogs over the years to every Vet in the area. BAMC is the only place I go now.
They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Tech was great Vets were great office Manager was rude, pushy and very unprofessional over the phone, office managers receptionist did not help. Great friendly vets, unprofessional office manager who called us after hours with accusations. Never dealt with a business that would not work with a client. Vet tried to make it better and honor services office manager name sharon a interevened with after hours call to accuse and told us to never come back because of her unprofessional interactions with us. would not recommend doing business with sharon can't believe she would represent professionals. sad for animals. the vet didn't even get to talk with us about procedure that day because of office manager sharon intervening and blocking customer services. i hope our dog was not treated ill because of office manager. you should see her office policy statements with her own wording.....lot of copy and pasting and adding her two cents to a customer who is paying for services....
