I have never seen my pets so calm at the veterinarian before. They really seem to have such a gift with animals here. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home. The examining rooms at Macrae Park Animal Hospital's office were immaculate. You could practically eat of the floor if you wanted to. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile. I have been taking my pets here for care and treatment for over 21 years now and have NEVER had a problem - I am treated like family and I will never change doctors.
