I will not take my pet back to this facility again. I had scheduled a procedure last year, they rudely advised that if I cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, it would cost me $35. They cancelled twice on me within only 24 hours each time. When I asked if I would be compensated for the cancellation, they offered me 6 months of heart worm medicine but when I showed up to receive, advised they would only offer the medication for one month and a free pedecure (hmmm I would have paid $70, they offered about $20 worth of services) I called the 800 number to cancel my pet insurance, was asked to try the facility one more time. I went in about 2 months later at about 2:45 in the afternoon, there was a sign advising they were not accepting walk-ins after 4pm. I decided to have my pet's nails grinded first and got in the vet line at about 3:15 - same sign was posted but when I asked to have my pet seen, was RUDELY told we are not accepting any more walk-ins, I brought to the individuals attention that the sign stated 4pm and was RUDELY asked didn't I see that there were alot of people waiting to see the vet . I promptly called and cancelled my pet insurance.
