I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. This veterinarian was so incredibly compassionate when my pet was sick. They consoled me when I was upset and even gave me a hug. I have had pets all my life and have never found a veterinary office this good. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more.
