They answered every question I had, and are always available to answer questions. Their staff is friendly, welcoming, and compassionate. I was impressed with their professionalism. I always feel comfortable calling on them when I need to. The office is very easy to locate. Their fees are very affordable.

Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
Was your pet well taken care while being boarded here?
Absolutely not! My pet looked terrible and obviously not well taken care of
