Horrible experience!!Staff was not friendly nor were they very caring. They barely greeted me and did not seem like pet lovers at all. In addition, they took my cat to their back room to put in eye drops and to look at her eyes and would not allow me to go along. Cats are nervous by nature and having me by her side would have made my cat feel much more comfortable. I have been to MANY vets for services ---and the great ones understand this and allow pet owners to be present for minor procedures. Most do the procedure right in front of you. Instead I was left in the room(with the door shut). Another big problem with this place is their hidden charges. I called ahead and asked how much it would be for my cat to have an exam. I explained that she has a minor eye irritation that is causing her to tear. I was told 45$ for the exam and extra if there is medications. When I got up to the counter it was over 100 dollars! I asked why was it so much and was told that it is 40$ for the eye exam. I was not happy about this as I had called and TOLD them it was an eye irritation/infection and asked how much it would cost for the exam . No mention of the price doubling for the eye exam. I complained to the assistant and asked to see the vet. I told her that she just lost 2 customers (I have 2 cats). She looked at me and said "sorry". I will never go back to this place again!! Uncaring, cold and definitely not very friendly toward my pet----and not honest about pricing either.
