Dr. Merrick treats all of my horses well and has never not been there when needed, including middle of the night during a holiday weekend. She is patient, knowledgeable and a great educational resource. She's a main piece of the puzzle in keeping my horses healthy.

Dr. Merrick has let horses be abused has not let anybody do anything about it. She picks and chooses which horses she wants to treat, and will let a dying horse be let go if the owner cannot pay. Her secretary is also selective in scheduling based on who she does or does not like. The secretary's language to her customers is awful. This business does not put customers or the horses first. Dr. M does not believe is any kind of alternative medicine, even vitamins and supplements she calls a waste. If she finds out any supplements are given, she immediately blames them or the feed companies. She is also behind on her education.
