They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. i went down to National Fitness Center when i left there. its on tazewell pk even though its a little further away from my home than st mary's. They did a wonderful job showing me around. structuring a exercise program for me that would yield results and still allow me to eat the foods that i like. i just never knew how to set up my diet and keep eating good food so it never lasted, until they showed me how. Being older, i needed the help in the right direction from the professionals at National Fitness Center.However, i recommend them to people of all ages! They have a ton of fitness classes that are friendly to young and older poeple, beginners and experts. And my grandson is involved in some of the many childrens classes that are part of the membership. St mary's is ok, but for my money it's National Fitness Center all the way. i urge you to check them out.
