I went there with specific questions regarding my specific condition. They were knowledgeable, answered all my questions. They were positive about my condition. Both asked my name before I left. I received pamphlets about a couple products I had questions about. I have no doubt, I will benefit from the products i purchased. I also know I have a place to go when I have questions about treatment plans, and nutrition. They were superb!

Called them to ask if they carried Vaxa Attend an ADHD supplement. The guy picks up the phone after 10 rings, tells me he has never heard of it. Out of good will, I told him that I heard positive reviews about it and it might be something people like me would buy if it were available there. And he did this before I could finish: Excuse Me - BYE. Chase's Natural Foods - if this is what you do to people who are friendly and trying to work with you, then what kind of a company are you?
I wish I could give you NO STARS.
