The better business bureau rates this facility with an F (F being the lowest), and I couldn't agree more. I have many reasons for this rating, but will list my top complaint to save you from reading a novel.

Privacy. A few months after signing up with this gym I began to be pestered by the front desk staff to have a photo taken for them to keep on file. I declined each time stating it was not in my contract, and I did not feel it was necessary. The staff replied with the same rebuttal each time "some members allow non-members to use their key-chain access card to gain free access". I told them that wasn't my problem, and they clearly new who I was by now, so why the need. Finally the pestering turned into harassment and I was not allowed workout without it. I asked to cancel my membership. This obviously created more of a hassle than they were willing to deal with because I was allowed entry. I asked to have the manager call me. The manager called and reinforced the company line to which I agreed to show photo ID rather than have my photo taken.

After a few months I checked in from the side counter allowing me to see the computer screen as my access card was swiped, and my photo appeared. I asked the front desk rep, Romone Cooper to show me the photo. It was a side profile taken from an adjacent camera. Clearly done while I was checking in at one of the other computers. Romone agreed that the photo was taken discreetly, and was likely done to get the photo on file without my knowledge. I asked who took the photo, and where that instruction came from. He did not know, but declared that he did not take the photo. I asked to have the photo deleted, which was not possible unless a new photo is taken to put in its place. Ramone took a photo of a blank sticky note to replace it. (Which begs the question, if a yellow sticky will do, why bother me in the first place?

In all, this gym is completely unsat regarding customer service and complaint resolution. Check the BBBs website if you want more examples. There are at least 4 other gyms within 5 minutes of this one, most with lower pricing.
