I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The staff was just so friendly and thoughtful. They made sure all my needs were met and had great customer service.
