I have had some friendly staff assist me in the past; however, there is definitely an elitist attitude--"more organic than thou", if you will. On one visit I asked if they carried a particular supplement. The response I received was, "Oh, is that the latest from Dr. Oz?" It was so condescending, I was amazed. It was as though I was judged by my appearance to be someone who follows fads, not a "true" health food aficionado.
