I worked with Marci & Nikki a few years ago & lost almost 50 pounds. What was really great was that they helped me to learn how my body works with food, what makes me plateau, what makes me loose and the foods that most keep me from reaching my goals. With that said, I learned what foods I can enjoy eating, still have a glass of wine and not have to deprive myself the rest of my life to feel the way I want to feel, look the way I want to look & have the energy that I want to have. Marci & Nikki were not selling a diet, they taught me that the way you eat is a lifestyle, a lifestyle that you have to adopt into your way of life for the rest of your life to change your body into the well working machine it should be for the best life you can have.
When I started with them I was on protonix, reglin and a couple of of other meds for my GI track, by the time I'd gotten the 5o off I was not morbidly obese, was walking 6 miles a day & had weaned off of the GI meds al together & felt great.
I know today what works for me & what doesn't & that is a perfect example of knowledge giving you power!

I went to the clinic before my son's wedding. I lost 35 lbs and hav kept all but 10 lbs off. I know hat to do to lose weight but can't seem to do it on my own. These guys are terrific.
