These people have no idea what they were doing. I tried to get on a program offered and the nurse lost my paperwork and for 3 months did absolutely nothing every time I called and asked about it. Finally she admitted she lost and asked me to fax it again and AGAIN she did nothing until i just had to quit going. I went down to the office and she accused me of not sending it until she looked in my folder and saw my paperwork. Her excuse after that was "well I didn't get this, nobody gave this to me" I have never seen a more incompentent and inept person in my life and the doctor was absolutely no help whatsoever. I'm following up on the appropiate actions and am going to make sure they don't do this to anyone else.
