I am excited to get going on this journey. Yes, my expectations were met and the nutrition part was VERY helpful as well as the booklet. And the information that Dr. Rader provided was not on a bunch of doctor talk, it was personalized so we could all understand. The staff was very friendly and looked like a fun group, like they enjoy working there.

The InBody Results were amazing!!! I was so excited when Dr. Rader read me my results. I went from 41% body fat to 13.7% body fat. I would never have imagined that I would have a body of an athlete. This is the first year I didn’t make weight lose a New Year’s resolution. :-) Thank you Dr. Rader for your compassion to help me achieve my weight loss goals.
