A man claiming to be the owner screamed profanities at me when I questioned one of his policies. He then made my membership "access denied" while continuing to charge me every month. So now I cannot work out at Bodyplex but I am receiving threatening collection letters from ABC Financial. I didn't even raise my voice or utter one profanity. This type of irrational and vindictive behavior represents how Bodyplex handles member issues.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
