After I told them that I didn't want my child to get certain vaccinations, they were very kind and considerate, and respected my decision. I really appreciated having a pediatrician that let me make what I felt were the right decisions for my child. I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
