His office is very child friendly.
The staff is nice, courteous and kind.
You walk into an open area, the waiting room has 3 playstations and a childrens movie is always playing. Also, in each of the dental care rooms they have the same movie running. My 5 year old daughter is in LOVE with him and when she see's his commercials, brags to her friends that he is HER dentist. She even had a cavity filled there. There were no tears,the office staff called me later that day to check up on her. I had some questions about sensitivity, and they answered them fully. They called back at 8pm again to check on her and again the next day. I was amazed that they cared so much.
The office staff is thorough and detail oriented.
