-- Shiatsu accupressure is used on the entire body to
release trapped energy. The Namakoshi Shiatsu Japanese style is used to loosen up tight areas.
-- Indian Face and Scalp Massage is used to free up blocked energy and restore that youthfull look and increase energy flow.
-- Stretching - Once the muscles relax your range of motion improves allowing you to better perform at Yoga, exercise, sports, etc.
