Hi, I'm Martin C. Mark, CFT, and I'm very passionate about helping you lose weight, getting fit, and feeling great! I have more than 20 years of practical, hands-on experience in resistance training, aerobic training, and diet modification, and I am a Certified Fitness Trainer with advanced qualifications in Senior Fitness. It really means a lot to me to see that I have made such a difference on other people's lives.Everyone deserves to look and feel their best, that's why I create unique, customized fitness programs for each of my clients. My approach to diet and exercise is sensible and based upon what you do in everyday life. You won't be expected to spend long, grueling hours at the gym with your personal trainer or eat skimpy meals. Together, we will get to your goal, whether it is weight loss, weight gain, firming up, toning up, body building, or even simply looking and feeling better in a shorter time than you expected!I believe that getting fit should be an encouraging and enjoyable experience!
