They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did.
