I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered.
