Not happy with Cornerstone Hospice of Polk County, Fl. at all! Very poorly run, poor communication between phone people and staff, phone staff inept, team leader did not return calls, nurse talked to patient without contacting another family member. As a result, the patient, who had brain cancer, overdosed on morphine causing continuous vomitting for the patient and extreme stress on family members. After 2 weeks of the patient passing, no condolences have been offered from this hospice. You have given hospice a very bad name.
