After losing my husband of 62 yrs. in December of 2013 at this facility I am so glad to hear of the reorganizing of it. It was so very traumatic that after 2 4 months. I still can't stop crying constantly. He lived for 8 days, with no bath till I bathed him the day he passed. 8 days of having to tell the poorly staffed place that he didn't want ice in his drinking water. No eggs for his last breakfast because "It was snowing out", No efficient oxygen for his emphysema. delivery truck in Camp Verde and would only come to Flagstaff for an emergency so they started the morphine. It took them 4 hours, every 15 minutes of morphine to stop his heart. My Navy meteorologist veteran deserved better care. NEGATIVE RATING
.Very understaffed!!! I thought my husband would be taken care of possibly for months with his emphysema. He did not have his meds organized from the hospital, no decent meals, inadiquate oxygen compressors, no oxygen delivery man because it was snowing , no eggs for his last breakfast because it was snowing, so they put him to sleep with morphine every 15 minutes. I will never recover from the traumatic experience of losing my husband this way after 62 plus years.I gave it one star for his comfortable recliner and commode.
