Do not use the services of this hospice for yourself or a loved one! It is impersonal at best. I used them thinking they would help my loved one. They said they'd call me 3 times a week to review the case. They NEVER called. I called because my loved one was suffering, having trouble breathing. They were snippy with me. They did NOT think this was an emergency. My loved one was NEVER agitated until they started morphine - standard hospice meds. Then my loved one was hallucinating and scared. They refused to stop the morphine until I threatened legal repercussions. My loved one calmed down off the morphine. They are impersonal, one-size-fits-all hospice that I believe led to the early death of my loved one. Call a small community nursing association if you need hospice care. You will be treated with compassion then. These hospice workers pretend to be caring but are VERY partronizing and cold. This was the WORST medical experience of my life!!
