HOME HEALTH CARE
For those with short-term or ongoing medical or physical needs, our nurses, therapists, and social workers provide assessments, medical care, and education to help people maintain their independence.
REHAB THERAPY
To help people recover following surgery, illness or injury, our experienced, licensed therapists provide a full range of effective physical, occupational, and speech therapy services in the comfort of home.
PEDIATRIC CARE
Specifically trained VNH nurses provide skilled pediatric care to infants, children and adolescents with life-limiting or life-threatening illness or injury.
PERSONAL CARE
Licensed Nursing Assistants, Home Health Aides and Personal Care Attendants help people live independently by providing assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing and dressing.
VNH HOSPICE
With skill and respect, we provide the support families and individuals need to live fully through the last stages of life. Our approach is based on the belief that dying and death are natural parts of life, and that the end of life can be a time of choices and profound meaning to patients, their family and their friends.
