I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. also they ask illegal interview questions. they dont have good morals at all!!
