Watch out for the wording COMFORT. Ordering morphine & zanex WITHOUT notifying the family first and administering it to someone who has never had it before. It seems the nurses are able to make their own decisions about COMFORT to dementia patients. FYI..... make surprise visits after you tell them you WON'T be there that day. Our experiences with them.... terrible. They backpedal also. Other Hospice choices are available..... such as HEARTLAND. Do homework, even though it is hard to do that during your time of need... remember..... IT'S STILL A BUSINESS.
I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
