I learned so much from Mrs. Wells regarding health and eating appropriately.
I was able to lose 30 lbs with her guidance and counseling. I enjoy our one to one sessions. She is a great listener and her feedback is always positive. She has an understanding of human behavior and is such a great cheerleader. She even motivated me to exercise. I am not the easiest client with my love for buffalo wings and fried fish. Changing my diet was hard for me at first. I need to lose another 30 lbs and I now know Aquilla Wells can help me get there. I am happier and healthier.
