Cheryl is awesome!! Helped me lose over 120 pounds and keep it off going on 8 years. I do not enjoy excercise but she made it tolerable and dare I say fun. Also she's excellent at tailoring a program to your specific needs. I was challenging but she hung in with me. Truly, Cheryl is the very best. She trained my mom for about 5 or so years and she loved her too. My mom works and lives in another state or she would still be seeing Cheryl.
