I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. I wasn't worried about their office equipment in the least. Everything seemed safe and up to date with current standards.

Several years ago, there was a shortage of flu vaccine. They constantly claimed they were out. Finally, one of the nurse Ratcheds at the front desk called me to tell me they had gotten some in, and that I had to show up at exactly a certain time (I believe it was 12:30 PM) and I'd get my flu shot. I had to take an extended lunch break from my work, which is 15 miles away, but I made it, exactly on time. I then was told "my insurance doesn't cover this." Well it did the year before, and every year before that. I protested, and was told to take a seat and they'd call me. 45 minutes later Nurse Ratched came out to tell me they ran out of vaccine. I wrote a letter to my insurance provider detailing what that happened. I then got a letter from Princeton Allergy saying they would no longer treat me, and I should find a new allergist. I did, he's excellent, his wife is an outstanding dermatologist, and everyone at the office is friendly and accommodating. I've been going to them for 9 years and never a problem at all.

It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. The nurses are cranky and take their sweet time. Avoid this place AT ALL COSTS!!
