My husband and I go to Kirsten as needed. We have both had injuries that required some special care (hip pain from running and two different back fusions). Kirsten has worked on us individually through all of this and has definitely helped us bounce back. I have also been to her for prenatal massages as well. I would recommend her to anyone. Very thoughtful about her approach and well educated. She's great!
