The waiting room smelled bad and was unclean, the staff looked unkempt and unprofessional, the exam room was filthy. The Dr. ( I use the Dr. Loosely) was rude, unkempt and did not look clean. He made accusations of my character without my having said a single word as yet. I had just been told by many friends and Dr's how well I looked. I had even REDUCED my own medication, on my own. This Dr. assumed I was there for drugs, not the case at all, rather looking to reduce meds even further. This place scares me! Never but never go there.
They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not rude, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. They are completely inadequate. They weren't friendly at all which was really off-putting. They were extremely rude and impolite. The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. This Doctor whom I had never met stormed in, scolded me and said "I can tell by looking at you, you have problem" I have had the same psychiatrist for 10 years for anxiety. dr. Reddy accused me of abuse, I asked him to verify with my well known and respected Dr. He flat out refused, and promptly excused me from his practice. I had my family Dr. Prescribe me something to calm me, as my daughter was severely injured in Sept.. She lost her baby (7 months along). I asked for something to relax me so I would NOT use my anxiety medication.. This dr. Said these dr.'s must not know about each other. BOTH Dr.'s family doc and psychiatrist DO know of each other, both I have had for 10 years. This was the most humiliating experience. I chose to deal with my pain after this encounter, I simply cannot find a Pain Doc. That truly cares for his patients, not his expanding wallet. I feel they simply have no respect for women in general. So, I am pretty much home bound, I am not an old woman, just an unfortunate woman with RA. Saddened by all of this. I am trying to move to a dry climate.
