I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after working one on one wth her. Her professionalism, her wisdom and the fact she is also a massage therapist made me feel quite confident that she was truly aware of my limitations and body.The studio was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it and her credentials were displayed for me to see. I have been working with Shere for some months now and the freedom I am experiencing in my body from a desk job is tremendous. I love what we have accomplished and I look forward to seeing her every two weeks.
